Cha Phung Hoang Mua (Dance of the Phoenix) - Mixed meat rolled in omelette - An imperial court cuisine from Hue. We ordered the dish due to the artistry impression of the dance phoenix in the menu but when the dish sat on our table, "Where's the Phoenix?" Must learn to say "I want a refund" in Vietnamese!

Curiosity brought me to back lanes and a maze of small alleys only to discover lots of delicious local food and cheap eats. Looking forward to returning to Ho Chi Minh City for another Fabulous Food Fare that i have yet to discover. My tummy trembles....in exCitement!!
